High efficiency air filter product classification

It is mainly divided into: high efficiency filter with partition, high efficiency filter without partition, V-BED high efficiency filter, high temperature resistant high efficiency filter, liquid tank type high efficiency air filter  

High efficiency filter without baffle  

The filter without baffle is separated by hot melt adhesive instead of aluminum foil with baffle filter.  The absence of a bulkhead allows a 50mm thick bulkhead filter to perform as well as a 150mm thick bulkhead filter.  Under the same filtration area and filtration efficiency, the air volume of HEPA with 90mm thick frame can reach 1.3 times of the standard resistance type with baffle SPAN 150mm thick, and twice of the standard resistance type with SPAN 150mm thick.  Can meet today's air purification on a variety of space and weight and energy consumption of stringent needs.  

High efficiency filter with bulkhead  

Hepa filter with separator is made of ultrafine fiber as filter material, high quality kraft paper hot rolling forming, or using offset paper, aluminum platinum as separator, and wood frame or aluminum alloy frame glue, has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, low resistance, large air volume.  In hePA filter with partition plate, coated paper on both sides is used as partition plate in order to prevent the partition plate from contracting under the influence of cold, hot, dry and wet, so as to emit particles.  Suitable for low-grade non-unidirectional flow projects and all kinds of purification equipment and clean plant.  In the separator filter, the aluminum separator filter is mainly used in the high temperature or high humidity environment, and the paper separator filter is used in the general clean environment.  Bulkhead air volume is relatively large, can be used as a high temperature filter.  

V-shaped pleated filter  

Used in general ventilation system, with large filtration area, low resistance, long service life and so on.  It can be used as the pre-filter of hePA filter, so as to prolong the service life of hePA filter effectively.  

High temperature high efficiency filter  

The filter can be used in 250℃~400℃ high temperature environment, filtration efficiency can reach 99.99% @0.3μm.
