Use of glass glue

1, remove water, grease, dust and other contaminants on the surface of the joint, and use solvents (such as xylene, butanone) to clean the surface, and then wipe all residues with a clean cloth, so that it is fully clean and dry.  

2. Cover the surface near the interface with plastic tape.  To ensure that the sealing work line is perfect and tidy.  

3. Cut the nozzle of the rubber hose, install the nozzle, and then cut it at a 45° Angle according to the caulking size.  

4. Install the glue gun and press out the glue material along the gap at a 45° Angle to ensure that the glue material is in close contact with the surface of the base material.  When the seam width is greater than 15 mm, repeated gluing is required.  After gluing, trim the surface with a knife to remove excess glue, and then tear off the tape. If there are stains, remove them with a wet cloth.  

5, sealant at room temperature after 10 minutes of surface vulcanization, complete vulcanization takes 24 hours or more, and varies according to the thickness of the coating and the temperature and humidity of the environment.
