High efficiency air filter structure selection

Structure: the main use of outer frame: aluminum alloy profile, multi-layer plate frame, aluminum plate frame, galvanized steel plate frame, the use of aluminum alloy profile frame, the main production set up square shape structure.  

Filter material: glass fiber, chemical fiber gradually in use, some foreign manufacturers with static polytetrafluoroethylene fiber (electret) manufacturing high efficiency filter, commonly known as PTFE.  

The efficient structure is divided into partition and partition.  No clapboard mainly adopts thermal sol as separator of filter element, which is convenient for mechanized production.  In addition, it has the advantages of small volume, light weight, easy installation, stable efficiency and uniform wind speed. The large quantities of filters required by clean workshop are mostly made of non-separator structure.  Efficient partition, mostly made of aluminum foil, paper folded as a separator filter element, the formation of air passage.  Separators are made of high quality kraft paper, hot rolling forming or offset paper as separators.  Double-sided coated paper is used as a divider, the main purpose is to prevent the divider from contracting under the influence of cold, hot, dry and wet, so as to send out particles.  However, when the temperature and humidity change, the partition paper may have large particle emission, resulting in unqualified cleanliness test of the clean workshop.  (There have been several customer complaints about this aspect.) Therefore, for places with high cleanliness requirements, customers should be recommended to use hePA filters without partitions.  The price of foreign clapboard filters is higher than the price of no clapboard, so the use of foreign places with clapboard is less.  In addition, compared with the rectangular channel with partition filter, the V-shaped channel without partition filter further improves the dust uniformity and prolongs the service life.  Ventilation with non-clapboard filter can avoid the use of metal parts, easy to waste treatment, in line with increasingly strict environmental requirements.  In addition to some special occasions requiring high temperature resistance and high safety, the clapless filter can replace the clapboard filter.
